Introduction

We are a well-established thriving independent mental healthcare provider working with children up to the age of 18 who present with a range of mental health difficulties. We are CQC registered and provide high quality personalised and timely mental healthcare to our young people and their families. The demand for face-to-face appointments is ever growing as more and more young people struggle with online communications. For some time, demand for our services has been outstripping our capacity and we are now looking to grow our team of Consultant Psychiatrists. We will support you in working face to face with patients in Leamington Spa and/or working from home under the brand of JM Mental Health.

The work includes a wide range of psychiatric conditions including assessment and treatment of young people with neurodevelopmental disorders. We have good working relationships with a variety of other mental health professionals so that safe multidisciplinary working is routine.

As an associate, you will be self employed and will be able to discuss your working hours and pattern with the founder of the service Dr Moss.

We are looking for a Psychiatrist who can work at least 5 clinical hours per day at least one day per week and there is scope for more hours due to the high demand.

About us

Dr Moss established JM Mental Health in the summer of 2017 with just herself and a part time secretary. We are now proud to have a practice manager together with a team of admin staff who enable us to process enquiries, provide support with queries from our existing families, manage the communications between us, GP’s and other health professionals together with data inputting into our cloud based CRM system. In the light of Covid which has taken its toll not only on our young people but also the NHS, an increased demand for our service resulted in us taking on 2 associates in 2021. We currently offer both face-to-face and virtual appointments.
