Welcome to JM Mental Health
How JM Mental Health Ltd is working around the Corona Virus situation
We have resumed seeing patients face-to-face in line with government advice.
We have received further guidance for your safety regarding the current COVID-19 pandemic. With immediate effect, you will all be required to wear a face covering on entering 39a, whilst in communal areas and on leaving. Once inside Dr Moss’ consultation room, you may remove them during your session.
We do hope you understand that this is a mandatory requirement for attendance at your appointment to ensure the safety of everyone.
JM Mental Health undertakes a risk assessment at the start of clinic and is keeping up to date with ongoing developments through their professional associations and networks.
Hand hygiene is performed immediately before every episode of direct patient care and after any activity or contact that potentially results in hands becoming contaminated.
Doors are kept closed with windows open to improve airflow and ventilation.
Patients will be questioned prior to face to face contact about any symptoms which they or a family member have been experiencing.
Should a patient attend clinic and display symptoms they will be candidly questioned and in cases of a new cough, fever, myalgia or recent infection must be asked to reschedule and promptly requested to leave the site.
Patients are always asked to ensure two-metre distancing.
To maximise social distancing, patients are requested to attend their appointments on time and respect the planned ending of the appointment. We are limiting the number of patients in the waiting area at any time.
The time spent in the clinic should be minimised as much as possible.
Hand sanitiser is available in the waiting area and on entry into the building.
JM Mental Health will adjust the opening times to allow for changes in demand and increased time needed to implement these policies.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Please take care of yourselves and stay safe.
